Alina is a terrific agent. When I first started looking to buy a place, I didn’t speak any Portuguese, and since she’s fluent in at least 4 (?) languages, she automatically got bonus points. She’s organized, prepared and prompt, which I particularly appreciate. She understood that I was looking for something a little out of the ordinary, and targeted our search accordingly Alina’s extremely resourceful: She made creative suggestions to solve potential problems or
deal-breakers, and always had a secret store of useful things, like when I needed to measure something in an apartment I was looking at and she pulled a laser measuring tool out of her bag. She has a lot of contacts in different fields, and can offer recommendations for pretty much anything you need. She’s smart, friendly, positive and businesslike when she needs to be.
